Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe, Chargebee will automatically process your Monthly subscription will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below at the section "Cancellation Policy"

Annual subscription: By purchasing an Annual subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter you will be billed and recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription anytime, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS: We will charge your credit card for the Annual Subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next Annual Subscription. For example, let's say you purchased an Annual Subscription beginning in July 2019 and ending July 2020. We will bill you for the second year in July 2020, unless you cancel your Annual Subscription before July 2020. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Once you subscribe, Chargebee will automatically process your Annual Subscription at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We explain how to cancel your Annual Subscription at the section "Cancellation Policy"

Lifetime Subscription: By purchasing a Lifetime Subscription, you agree to a one-time, non-refundable payment granting you access to the specified services for the lifetime of the product or service offering. "Lifetime" refers to the duration for which we continue to offer the service. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any part of the service at any time, and such discontinuation will not entitle you to a refund, in whole or in part.

LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Lifetime Subscriptions are not transferable and are intended for individual use only. No future billing will occur unless you choose to purchase additional services outside the scope of the Lifetime Subscription. You accept that technical updates, feature additions, or changes to the scope of service may occur and may affect the nature of your access. In the event of business closure, acquisition, or discontinuation of the product, we are under no obligation to continue offering the Lifetime Subscription service.
DISCORD SERVER TRANSFER LIMITATION Each Lifetime Subscription is linked to a single Discord guild (server). You may request to transfer the Lifetime Subscription to a different guild up to two (2) times over the entire duration of the subscription. Any further transfer requests beyond this limit will not be permitted under any circumstances.
DASHBOARD DISPLAY CLARIFICATION The subscription status displayed in your account dashboard may show an expiration date of 31 December 2040. This is a technical placeholder used solely to track the allowed Discord guild transfers and does not affect the actual validity of your Lifetime Subscription. Your access will continue beyond this date, as long as the service remains available.

If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card before continuing to use the Services. You authorize us to charge outstanding fees and other amounts due to us against any credit card you have on file with us. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies.

If your account is more than 30 days past due and is forwarded to a collections agency, you will additionally be liable for any recovery fees charged by the agency. You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer, bank or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees. You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 30 days after they first appear on your credit card statement. If you do not bring them to our attention within 30 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies. We may modify the price, content, or nature of the Services at any time. At our sole discretion, we may grandfather in the prices of certain members based on factors such as sign update and good standing. If we modify any of the foregoing terms , you may cancel your membership, and such cancellation shall be your sole remedy. We may provide notice of any such changes by email, notice to you upon log-in, or by publishing them on the website.

Refunds

We may issue a refunds in certain cases. If you have purchased a subscription you may ask for a full refunds within 7 days. We do not accept any charge backs or emails demanding a refund "or else". If you choose to charge back without contacting us about the refund, we reserve the right to block any further attempt from you or anyone associated with you to use our services.

To request a refund please join the support server and contact a developers.

Cancellation of subscription

You may cancel your membership at any time by login on the website and on the dashboard page in the sidebar clicking on the billing tab and following the procedure. You will receive an email within one (1) hour of effective cancellation. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email within one hour, please contact us as your cancellation may not be complete.

After you have cancelled your subscription, your "Premium account" and "Premium guild" status will remain until the end of the term.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By using April Bot's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with April Bot's privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Web site. Upload content

Our service allows you to publish images on the marketplace, is important that the content that has been upload are appropriate. You therefore agree not to engage in the bad conduct such as:

Uploading any inappropriate content
Uploading nsfw images
Uploading viruses or malicious code, or do anything that could break the service

You also agree that we reserve the right to delete your image if it is not appropriate, and you are responsible for what you upload.

We do not have control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
