April bot is a welcomer bot that automatically send welcome images when a user join, those images can be edit as much as you want, for example you can edit the background image, the text inside the image, the text colour, add colourful border to the avatar image and probably more features will be added. The main focus of April is to best welcome the user who joins server using welcome images but also welcome message or message in direct message. Recently April had more features added such as Reaction role, that allows users to setup a message and link a reaction to a role, so when a user react with a determinate emoji, he will get the role linked to that emoji.

Hi, my username on Discord is Waterball#0615, I made this bot when I was studying in the first year of the computing course in my college, I've abandoned the project several times as I had to do assignments for the course, and mainly because I was really new to the programming and every day was an explosion of additional knowledge in programming. April has been my very first project that I've been working on. Even though I've abandoned the project several times, I've always came back to apply what I've learnt meanwhile.

🤨 What's the goal of April? 🤨

Originally April was made for the game Blade & Soul, it had only few commands at the beginning and the bot was set to private and hosted on my Raspberry pi 3 model b+ and with a self-hosted database where I was storing Blade & Soul item price to make statistics and prediction and therefore play the market. When I got deeper on programming and learnt some stuff, I started upgrading my bot for something better and drop all functionality of Blade & Soul. Now the main goal of April is to welcome the user who joins the server with images.
